Terms of Use for Israel United in Christ Platforms

Welcome to the Israel United in Christ (IUIC) platforms. These terms govern your use of all IUIC platforms, including but not limited to email and chat services. By accessing or using any IUIC platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Authorized Use
IUIC platforms, including email and chat services, are strictly for use by authorized team members with official IUIC domain accounts. Access to these platforms by any unauthorized individuals or through non-IUIC accounts is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
All information shared, posted, or communicated via IUIC platforms—including email and chat—is considered the intellectual property of Israel United in Christ. This includes, but is not limited to, messages, files, documents, media, and any other content. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or dissemination of such information, whether internal or external, constitutes a breach of IUIC’s organizational policy and may result in removal from IUIC platforms and legal action.
3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
You are required to maintain the confidentiality of all content and communications on IUIC platforms, including email and chat services. Sharing account credentials, allowing unauthorized access, or disclosing any sensitive information constitutes a breach of IUIC policy. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access to IUIC platforms, and depending on the nature of the breach, may result in criminal prosecution.
4. Unauthorized Alteration of Platforms
Any attempt to alter, manipulate, or interfere with the code, functionality, or security of any IUIC platform is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, modifying, or exploiting the system. Such actions will result in immediate removal from IUIC platforms and may also be referred for criminal prosecution.
5. Account Security
Each user is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials across all IUIC platforms, including email and chat services. Sharing passwords or access credentials with others is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify IUIC immediately.
6. Consequences of Breach
Violations of these Terms of Use, including unauthorized sharing of information, attempts to alter platform code, or misuse of credentials, will result in immediate termination of access to IUIC platforms. Depending on the severity of the breach, IUIC reserves the right to pursue criminal charges, and any resulting damages will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Monitoring and Privacy
While IUIC respects the privacy of its team members, it reserves the right to monitor all IUIC platforms, including email and chat services, for unauthorized use or breaches of policy. Any misuse or suspicious activity may be subject to review and enforcement actions as outlined in these terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
IUIC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of IUIC platforms constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
By accessing or using IUIC platforms, including email and chat services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
