If you can’t resolve it with the steps below, submit a ticket so the team can verify your access and route you correctly.

I can’t log in / I forgot my password
  • Try the platform’s “Forgot password” option (if available) and check spam/junk for the reset email.
  • Confirm you’re using the correct email address (some systems require an official IUIC account).
  • If you’re locked out, submit a ticket and include: your name, school, and the system you’re trying to access.
I need access to an IUIC system (email, chat, portal, groups)
  • Submit a ticket and select the closest category: Access / Account (or similar).
  • Include what you need access to, why you need it (role/duty), and when you need it by.
  • If your role changed, mention the old role and new role so permissions can be adjusted properly.
IUIC TV playback, buffering, or device issues
  • Try a different browser/device and restart your modem/router if streaming is unstable.
  • Test your connection speed and close other high-bandwidth apps while streaming.
  • If it persists, open a ticket and include: device type, browser/app, and the approximate time the issue happened.
Where do I submit my request?

All requests should end with a ticket so we can track, route, and resolve it correctly.
